Terms and Conditions*

1. Competition entries can only be accepted online at www.tdactiveholidays.com/great-outdoors-competition
2. Closing date for entries is 31st October 2024.  
3. The prize comprises a walking holiday for 2 to Sierra Nevada on the 6th May 2025 plus a pair of walking boots from Great Outdoors 
4. The prize includes flights, transfers, guided excursions and accommodation plus walking boots Note: Travel insurance and checked in baggage is not included and will need to be purchased separately at prize winners own cost. Full details of holiday can be found here. The winner must be available to travel on the departure date of 6th May 2025. 
5. Prize is as offered, and no cash alternative will apply. 
6. The prize is not transferable.
7. Only one entry per person will be considered.
8. Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over and resident in Ireland. 
9. Only one winner will be picked from Ireland.
10. A valid entry consists of an answer to the question in the form above, accompanied by the entrant’s name, address, email address and a phone number.
11. Entries must be entered online in the form above.
12. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
13. TD active Holidays decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. TD active Holidays and Great Outdoors reserve the right to change any aspect of the prize.
15. Employees or agents of TD active Holidays and Great Outdoors and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

17. TD active Holidays are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize. 
18. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity undertaken by TD active Holidays. 
19. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.
20. TD active Holidays reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
21. TD active Holidays reserves the right to end the competition before the closing date stated.
22. Participants agree to use their testimonial's for marketing purposes.
23. Winner will be selected and will be notified by phone no later than November 4th 2024.
