    Each day, our varied Vinyasa and Hatha yoga practices are thoughtfully themed to keep your experience fresh and engaging. Open to all levels, our sessions emphasize slow, mindful movements and stronger static holds, ensuring a nurturing practice for everyone. All 7 yoga sessions will be led by a highly qualified teacher handpicked from MOONS Yoga Loft and a yoga mat will be provided locally.

    Beyond the mat, relish your free time exploring the idyllic coastline, lounging by the pool, renting a bike, or simply soaking up the peaceful atmosphere.

    Let’s begin our wonderful yoga escape with a flight from Dublin to Split, known for its fortress like Roman complex, the Diocletian's Palace. Upon arrival in Split in the late evening, we will be met by our local guide and transferred to our 5 star hotel which will be our base for 4 nights.

    Morning yoga session

    Each morning, we will begin our day with a yoga class led by our highly qualified instructor from MOONSyoga Loft. Our morning sessions are designed to awaken our bodies and minds, setting a vibrant tone for the day ahead.

    We start gently, easing into the practice to awaken every muscle and get energy flowing from tip to toe. As the class progresses, we will build to a beautifully slow yet occasionally spicy flow class, incorporating breath work and mindfulness throughout. The sequences are crafted to be slow and fluid, incorporating lengthening, balancing, and strength-building poses to create a heat-building Hatha Vinyasa class.

    As we move through the session, we will eventually come down to the ground for deep, releasing stretches. Each class concludes with a well-earned savasana, leaving you feeling centred, refreshed, and ready for our breakfast.

    Leisure Time : Explore Brela’s Famous Beaches

    After your refreshing morning yoga session at the Bluesun Hotel Berulia, spend your first afternoon exploring the pristine beaches that Brela is famous for. Start at Punta Rata Beach, one of the most stunning in Europe, known for its crystal-clear waters and pebble shores surrounded by fragrant pine trees. Don't forget to take a selfie at the iconic Brela Stone, a charming little island just off the shore that’s perfect for a picture-perfect moment.

    For a more active afternoon, rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and explore the calm, turquoise waters of the Adriatic at your own pace. The soothing rhythm of the sea is the ideal way to connect with nature before unwinding for your evening yoga session.

    Each evening let’s embark on a journey of exploration and growth with our expert instructor from MOONSyoga Loft. Each session offers a focused restorative/integrative approach, resembling a specialised workshop rather than a traditional yoga class. Delve into targeted areas of the body as we move through carefully curated postures designed to deepen our understanding and connection with our practice. Deep physical release, soothing spiritual wellbeing and accessible meditations each evening.

    But whether working with the physical body or meditating/brain training with more of a philosophical approach - each workshop/session holds its own transformative potential. With a wide range of themes introduced across the evenings these classes not only enrich our practice on the mat but also provide valuable insights to carry into our daily life and to our yoga practice at home.

    Following the evening session, indulge in a serene cool-down sequence/meditation, allowing our body to unwind and prepare for rest, leaving us refreshed and ready to embrace the tranquillity of the evening.

    Morning Yoga Session

    Start your day with a revitalizing yoga session designed to gently wake up the body and mind. As the sun rises over the Adriatic Sea, you’ll flow through energizing sequences that stretch and strengthen, filling you with vitality and setting a peaceful tone for the day ahead.

    Leisure Time: A Day Trip to the Islands – Brač or Hvar

    Start your day with a revitalizing yoga session and then head out for a magical day trip to the nearby islands. Brač is the closest, famous for its picturesque beaches and traditional stone architecture. Explore the charming village of Bol or visit Zlatni Rat Beach, whose unique, ever-changing shape makes it one of Croatia's most photographed spots.

    Alternatively, opt for a visit to Hvar Island, known for its vibrant atmosphere, lavender fields, and medieval towns. Wander the charming streets of Hvar Town, visit the fortress for panoramic views, and relax with a local meal at one of the island’s chic cafés.

    After a day spent soaking in the beauty of Croatia’s islands, return to Brela for a calming sunset yoga session to balance out the day’s adventures.

    Unwind from your day with a calming evening session, designed to relax and restore the body. As the sun dips below the horizon, you’ll move through gentle stretches and restorative poses, helping you release tension and reconnect with your inner peace.

    Begin the day with a grounding practice that focuses on breath and mindful movement. Surrounded by the calming sounds of nature, you’ll feel refreshed and centred, ready to embrace the day’s adventures with a clear and open heart.

    Leisure Time : Discover Makarska’s Culture and History

    On your last full day, take a short trip to the nearby town of Makarska, a charming coastal town brimming with culture and history. Stroll along the Makarska promenade, lined with bustling cafés, shops, and palm trees. Visit the Malacological Museum, which showcases a fascinating collection of seashells from the Adriatic and around the world.

    For a more spiritual experience, make your way to Vepric Shrine, a peaceful sanctuary tucked into the hills. This hidden gem is perfect for reflection and relaxation, aligning beautifully with the mindful spirit of your yoga holiday.

    Wrap up the day back at the hotel with a final serene evening yoga session, surrounded by the natural beauty of Brela’s coastline.
