Upon arrival in Milan Linate or Verona airport you will be met by our local representative and transferred to our hotel in Torbole, a historic village located on the northern shores of Lake Garda.

4 star hotel in Torbole (5 nights)

Lets’ explore some local wineries and join us for a wine tasting. Today we will visit the rich wine countryside of the Trentino region, located between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites. It is one of the lesser known wine regions in Italy, producing elegant full-bodied red wines and the smooth fruity white wines of the mountains.  Here we will visit the Pisoni Winery and the Madonna delle Vittorie winery. Lets’ get off the beaten track together as we discover the story of the excellent wines and immerse ourselves in the stunning scenery, history, and the cellars of these wineries. There will be some light trekking through both vineyards followed by a wine tasting and lunch. The perfect combination of activity and local culture!

You will have another evening in Torbole to spend as you desire. Embark on an evening stroll and soak up the atmosphere of this charming town or watch the sunset over the lake. The choice is all yours! You may end your evening at one of the many restaurants or bars.

Lets’ trek on Monte Baldo! Today our expert guide will take us on a mountain hike on Monte Baldo, a mountain range in the Italian Alps. We will start the day on Lake Garda, taking a 45 minute public ferry from Torbole to Malcesine, and from there we will take the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo. From here we will begin trekking together, along a high-altitude ring path, admiring the panoramic mountain top views, and learning all about the local plants and wildlife along the way. (Distance: 4km / Duration: 2 hours / Elevation Gain: 180m)

After working up on appetite on our morning activities, join us for a post trek meal at a mountain hut style restaurant! This lunch location has beautiful panoramic views on a clear day, allowing us to soak up some more mountain scenes while we refuel. Our menu will be very typical of the Trentino region and may include dishes such as antipasto (cold cuts of local meats and cheeses), Tagliatelle pasta with forest mushrooms and traditional apple strudel.

This evening will be for you to spend as you wish in Torbole. Down by the lakeside is a great place for people watching and experiencing the local culture. Dine in one of the many local restaurants, bars, or cafes for a further taste of Italian life.

Today you will have the full day to spend in Lake Garda at your leisure. You may like to take a public boat ride and experience some of the other town’s on Lake Garda’s shores such as Riva del Garda, Limone or Malcesine. Or perhaps take a walk through the beautiful ancient village centre of Torbole, with its narrow alleys. If you are feeling more adventurous, Torbole is a true paradise for watersports lovers. With windsurfing, diving, canoeing, kite surfing and stand up paddling to name a few, the options for spending an active day on the lake are endless.

You will have another evening in Torbole to spend as you desire. Embark on an evening stroll and soak up the atmosphere of this charming town or watch the sunset over the lake. The choice is all yours! You may end your evening at one of the many restaurants or bars.

Join us on the saddle! Our experienced local guide will take us on a cycling tour so we can experience Lake Garda on two wheels. We will depart directly from our hotel by e-bike and cycle up along the Ponale road before heading towards the Ledro valley. Along the way we will be accompanied by magnificent, breath-taking views as we climb an elevation of approximately 750m. Afterwards we will descend back along a downhill path towards our hotel, returning in the late afternoon. (Total cycling distance: 37km)

Lets’ share a meal together! Join our fellow group members at our hotel for a farewell dinner. This is the perfect time for us to reminisce on the adventures we have shared over the last few days in Lake Garda. Once dinner has come to an end you are free to spend the remainder of the evening as you wish.  

Depending on the time of your flight, you may have some time to spend at leisure in the Lake Garda for any last-minute shopping or sightseeing. We will say goodbye to Torbole and transfer from our hotel to Linate or Verona airport for your flight home.
